Kinfisher Autumn Update!

12 January 2019

The Beaver Scouts were very busy Beavers and these are some of the evenings we all enjoyed –  Geocaching at Brockhill Park, making slime ( that was a very sticky night), learning how to be ninjas the training was provided by a local Karate school, we visited the Hythe museum and learnt about the history of our town, we also visited St Leonards church and had a lovely evening enjoying the company of the residents at Tynwald Residential Home, on our last evening of 2018 we had a brilliant just slightly noisy !!!!! Christmas party. Oh, how could we forget we also had a Ninja Lego themed Sleepover which included a visit to the climbing wall and cave bus at Lower Grange Farm (Kent Scouts County HQ and campsite)

So, what for the coming term – well you will have to wait and see but as a little taster, it could involve – dressing up as leprechauns, having fun with Dr Seuss, making pancakes, hikes, a visit to our friends at Tynwald and enjoying a morning of Science with Gary.
